The participants learned about the progress made by Moldova in modernization of public services with the support of the development partners, such as the World Bank Group, and about the benefits of this transformation for youth, including easier access to information and online services, simplified and less time consuming administrative procedures, more efficient interaction with the public institutions.

In this context, Olga Tumuruc spoke about the latest news and future prospects, with a focus on the latest technology trends and their impact on the public services intended for young people. In that respect, Mrs. Tumuruc mentioned the use of AI and the upcoming launch of EVO app in Moldova, expected to improve even more the experience of users of public services.
