Collaboration for facilitating the digital experience of Moldovan citizens
Between June and July this year, the E-Governance Agency (EGA) and the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service (STISC) held several rounds of discussions with the aim of improving support services in the use of digital platforms by the citizens of the Republic of Moldova.
During the meetings, the participants exchanged experiences and proposals on how to ensure efficient and prompt support for users of electronic public services. The discussions aimed to identify solutions to remedy problems and improve the experience of beneficiaries in using the digital platforms, and addressed the challenges encountered by citizens and reported through the STISC Call Center. Further attention will be given to analyzing user feedback and improving internal processes to ensure a prompt and efficient response to citizen requests.
The EGA and STISC remain committed to the creation of a safe and efficient digital environment in which citizens can easily access the public services they need, as well as to ensuring high quality support for all users.
