“To increase citizens’ confidence in using digital services we need the support of the institutions of the State with which citizens interact. Digital training and education sessions are aimed at increasing the number of digital trainers/managers/digital ambassadors among public employees who have a crucial role in the adoption and use of digital governance solutions, because by knowing and applying these solutions, institutions become more digital, more transparent, more efficient. By integrating these technologies in the justice sector, internal processes are optimized and operational efficiency is improved. In this way, the digital transformation of public institutions can be achieved at a faster pace, contributing to the modernization of the justice system adapted to the needs of modern society”, said Andrei Prisacar, Director of EGA.
During the event, trainers from EGA and IPRE presented the key functionalities of the digital government services available for citizens and business environment, as well as the practical ways of interacting online with the State to obtain public services, including via the EVO application.
