E-Governance Agency and Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization launch registration for Beta testing of the EVO mobile app.

EVO Beta will provide access to the first modules available in the integrated public services app in test mode, inviting all people interested to contribute to its development and improvement.

How to participate?

Citizens interested in testing the application and contributing to its development are invited to register in the test list on evo.gov.md, by filling in the fields with:

• Surname / First name
• Email ((it is important to indicate an email to which the user is connected on the App Store or Google Play)
• Phone operating system (Android or iOS)
• Provision of electronic signature (People who have an electronic signature will be given priority for testing. Persons who have a USB stick signature are encouraged to set their 2-step authentication option as per the instructions here.

Once registered on the website, an automated confirmation email will be sent.

Access to test version will be gradually provided over the coming weeks.

Modules available in EVO Beta:

• Digital documents and Digital ID Wallet: Access to digital documents (ID card, driving licence, registration certificate) securely and simply. Documents will be accessible directly from the application via Digital ID Wallet. They can be presented and verified directly from the application, in a virtual way in relation to public and private agents, with the same legal power as physical documents.
• Payments for public services: App is integrated with the MPay service and allows direct payment for services available in MPay using your card, Google or Apple Pay, as well as functionality such as attaching cards for future use, viewing payment history, and managing accounts for receiving government payments (payroll or benefits).
• Your Data: Information available to natural persons and legal entities in MCabinet, as well as related actions, will be accessible directly from the app. From tax status, and social security contributions to traffic offences or border crossings - all information will always be at your fingertips.
• Feedback and Contribution: An open channel for user feedback, essential for the continuous development of EVO.
• Other features added as they are ready for public testing
