DIGITAL PUBLIC SERVICES FOR YOUNG VOLUNTEERS FROM NISPORENI, CĂLĂRAȘI, AND COJUȘNA

2024-01-31 12:47

An increasing number of people who want to participate in the 2024 Digital Information and Education Programme are registering and benefiting from information sessions on how to use electronic public services.

Today, January 31st, 2024, we connected for 2 hours with volunteers from three localities in a webinar based on knowledge and practical exercises about the digital platforms and services developed by the e-Governance Agency for individuals and companies.

Thereby, more than 60 young men and women from Călărași, Nisporeni, and Cojușna learned how they can benefit from the Cultural Voucher Programme, how they can use digital signatures to sign electronic documents, access data, access public services remotely, submit online applications and other remote interaction scenarios with government institutions.

Webinar participants are tasked to share the knowledge they have gained with others in their communities and support them in using digital technology in their dealings with public service providers.

The activity is conducted within the Digital Information and Education Programme, launched earlier this year, and the young people from the 3 localities were selected by A.O. HelpAge International Moldova through the Project Increasing Protection, Resilience and Social Inclusion of Ukrainian Refugees and Vulnerable Groups in the Republic of Moldova by Strengthening Prevention and Response Mechanisms to Gender Based Violence and Strengthening Social Protection and Health Systems”, supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in the Republic of Moldova, in partnership with Moldcell Foundation and funded by the UK Government.

People wishing to participate in the Digital Education Programme, run by the e-Governance Agency this year, can register by filling in the form
