MDELIVERY EXPANDS THE PORTFOLIO OF SERVICES DELIVERED TO ROAD TRANSPORT OPERATORS THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH THE NATIONAL AGENCY OF ROAD TRANSPORT (ANTA)
The e-Governance Agency (EGA) announces news on document delivery via MDelivery. The portfolio of services delivered via the MDelivery platform has been expanded. As of January this year, permits and journey logbooks, issued by the National Agency of Road Transport (ANTA) to transport operators, are available for delivery.
To support the efficiency of road transport operators, ANTA’s services have been integrated into the MDelivery Information System, thanks to the partnership and joint efforts of the e-Governance Agency and ANTA, which is another important step in the modernisation of public services and the move towards efficient and accessible digital governance that meets the needs of citizens and business environment. The integration of ANTA services with MDelivery ensures the delivery of ANTA-issued permits and journey logbooks to any address in the country or abroad. Previously, these documents could only be picked up at one point in Chisinau.
Types of authorisations and permits issued by ANTA and delivered via MDelivery:
ECMT permits (annual and short-term) with the journey logbook
BSEC permits
TRACECA permits
CFP journey logbook
Journey logbook (INTERBUS)
International road haulage and passenger transport permits
Commuter permits
Short-term ECMT permit activation
Benefits for road transport operators:
Process automation: Integration with MDelivery automates the process of applying for and delivering permits, eliminating the need to be physically present at ANTA’s office to pick up documents.
Cost reduction: By eliminating costly travel and costs associated with offline interactions, beneficiaries, and road transport operators will benefit from a significant reduction in administrative costs.
Easy access: MDelivery service ensures that permits are received directly at the address indicated by the beneficiary, facilitating efficient and secure access to documents and public services accessed remotely, without visits to the provider’s premises.

MDelivery is a government delivery service, launched in July 2022 by the e-Governance Agency, to streamline the document collection process and reduce overcrowding at desks, while helping to reduce costs and streamline remote communication between service providers and beneficiaries, including giving citizens in the diaspora access to digital public services.
So far, more than 18 thousand documents have already been delivered to the doorstep of beneficiaries who have used the MDelivery service, both in the country and abroad, in about 50 countries of the world where Moldovan citizens live. These include public services provided by the Public Services Agency, Ministry of Internal Affairs, National Agency of Road Transport, and National Archives Agency.
