The platform https://dopomoga.gov.md/, launched in the first days of the war in Ukraine, continues to provide essential information for refugees in the Republic of Moldova.

Over three years, more than 1 million people have found information on the platform about housing, food, medical assistance, financial support, job opportunities, and legal aid.

Thanks to the integrated digital solution, refugees have been able to quickly and easily obtain the IDNP number, essential for accessing public services, enrolling children in kindergarten or school, securing employment, opening a bank account, or even starting a business in the Republic of Moldova.

Throughout this period, online promotion required no financial resources – the platform spread organically, driven by the real need for the information it provides.
