Digital transformation: EGA organizes information sessions on the e-APL platform in the country’s districts
The e-Governance Agency (EGA) has started a series of information sessions in the country’s districts, including those where Unified Public Service Delivery Centers (CUPS) have been established, to explain the functionalities of the e-APL platform. During the first month, after its official presentation at the National Conference “Local Digitalization: innovation and easy access to e-services”, which took place on 6 September 2024, EGA specialists organized application information sessions in the Donduseni, Drochia and Edinet districts.
During these sessions, the experts focused in particular on the concept and opportunities offered by the Unified Public Service Delivery Centers (CUPS) and the Local Public Administration Portal (eapl.gov.gov.md).
The participants were also familiarized with the products and platforms developed by EGA, which form the e-governance ecosystem in the Republic of Moldova and are designed to facilitate citizens’ access to public services. These include:
- Public services portal (servicii.gov.md)
- electronic signature governmental service (msign.gov.gov.md)
- Register of electronic signature representative powers (mpower.gov.gov.md)
- Government Citizen Portal (mcabinet.gov.gov.md)
- Government Delivery Service (mdelivery.gov.gov.md)
- Government electronic payment service (mpay.gov.gov.md)
- Government distance learning platform (mlearn.gov.gov.md)
- The first governmental application EVO (evo.gov.gov.md)
The participants of the informative sessions organized by AGE had the opportunity to practice and apply in practice the acquired knowledge, being guided by specialists in the field.
AGE constantly promotes the modernization of the public sector, through digitalization and automation of processes, in order to facilitate citizens' access to state services. At the same time, the AGE team organizes various information, training and digital literacy events to ensure a better understanding by the beneficiaries of these services.
The information sessions are carried out with the support of the Project "Modernization of Government Services" (MGSP), implemented by the e-Governance Agency financed by the World Bank Group - World Bank Group Moldova.
