A group of 40 carabinieri participated for two days in a training course based on the use of new digital governance solutions that can be used to check people’s identity documents in the context of public order missions.

Employees of the General Carabinieri Inspectorate (IGC) learned in more detail about the facilities offered by digital government platforms and practiced on how to use the EVO integrated government application and access all the modules available in the application for users at home and abroad, based on electronic signature, such as: My Documents (presenting and verifying them in the app) Electronic Payments, Health, Powers of Attorney (MPower), Appointments, as well as explored a number of other government digital platforms and services such as MPass authentication service, electronic signature and identity (MSign), virtual personal cabinet (MCabinet), document delivery (MDelivery), etc.

During the training workshop, the Electronic Governance Agency (EGA) experts answered the questions raised by the participants to better understand the options provided by digital government services and the EVO application.

We note, EGA is continuing the Training Programme on New Digital Governance Solutions, aimed at providing informational and technical support to public and private authorities and institutions to better implement digital governance products in providing services to citizens and entrepreneurs.

Training sessions are aimed at increasing the efficiency and transparency of State institutions through the adoption and application of digital solutions and training public employees who have an important role in the process of digital transformation and building an advanced digital society in the Republic of Moldova.
