A group of 20 employees of the Border Police participated in the training course in the Training Programme on the Latest Digital Governance Solutions, focusing on the EVO application, organized by the Electronic Governance Agency (EGA) for representatives of public institutions.

Participants learned about the functionalities of the EVO application, including the digital document verification options integrated in the application. We would like to mention that digital documents must be accepted in any report and interaction in the Republic of Moldova, according to Law No. 321 of 09-11-2023.

During the training, the EGA experts presented the modules available in the EVO application and answered the questions asked, aiming to better understand the options provided by the new governmental application. In their turn, the Border Police employees will apply in practice the acquired knowledge and share it with all their colleagues, which will facilitate the implementation of the new digital solutions in the performance of their duties.

Training and Education Programme is part of the efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Digital Transformation Strategy for 2023-2030, aiming to modernize the public sector by 100% digitalization of processes.

Trainings are conducted in organized groups, within Centre for Innovation and Training in Digital Governance of EGA, endowed with the necessary facilities to conduct them in an efficient and interactive way and according to a schedule established jointly with the entities concerned.
