2024-04-03 11:06

Verification of insured person status, including Payment of compulsory healthcare insurance premium in a fixed amount, etc. were the most requested services for which people approached Unified Public Service Centres, which operate in 100 rural localities across the country.

In addition to these, citizens turned to CUPS specialists to help them access other services such as:

  • Information on vouchers awarded via Eco-Voucher Programme
  • Applications for review of old-age pensions
  • Criminal records with delivery via MDelivery government service
  • Issuance of extracts from the Register of Real Estate and certificates on the value of real estate
  • Online appointments at various public service-providing institutions

Other services required in CUPS include: filing applications for cold period compensation via the “Help at the Meter” programme.

These were the findings of the team of CUPS Operations specialists from @e-Governance Agency who systematically carry out monitoring visits to CUPS to assess their work, address problems and identify solutions to improve and diversify the public services provided in the CUPS office.

CUPS specialists and mayors of localities Bujor Village, Hîncești District, Șișcani Commune, Nisporeni District, Puhoi Commune, Ialoveni District, Fîrlădeni Commune, Căușeni District and Puhăceni Commune, Anenii Noi District, which were visited recently, emphasized the importance and benefits of opening CUPS in their communes, both for the population and for the employees of mayoralty.

According to them, citizens have noticed the simplicity of interaction with CUPS specialists and the simplification of access to public services, including by submitting applications online, the considerable reduction of money and time expenses as a result of receiving electronic services at their locality.
