A new public service has been digitised and is now available to access online. Certificate of registration as a payer to the state social insurance budget can be downloaded from the personal cabinet by entering https://mcabinet.gov.md/ro.

This document is usually requested by economic agents and presented to the territorial office of the National Office of Social Insurance to register the company as a payer to the state social insurance budget.

Following the digitisation of this service, through the efforts of the e-Governance Agency and the National Office of Social Insurance, the certificate can be requested and obtained online, with no need to visit the desk, just by accessing the Citizen’s Government and Law Units Portal in MCabinet.

Steps the applicant follows:

- Go to mcabinet.gov.md and log in with digital signature

- Enter the data block “Legal entity details”

- Click on the “Download certificate” button

Before:  Economic agents had to apply to the National Office of Social Insurance in the service area as per the legal address of the payer to be registered as payer to the state insurance budget with the assignment of the registration number and go to the National Office of Social Insurance desk to collect this document.

Currently: The certificate is generated fully automatically from the virtual Personal Cabinet (mcabinet.gov.md)
