The Electronic Governance Agency (EGA) has a new director. Starting today, December 1, 2023, the position will be held by Andrei Prisacar, appointed by the Order of the Secretary-General of the Government.

Andrei Prisacar has been a member of EGA team since 2020, initially as the head of the section and later as the head of the department in charge of the management and coordination of activities related to smart investments in electronic governance. Since April 2022 Mr Prisacar has served as Deputy Director of EGA.

The new director has extensive experience in the field of public finance, public administration reform, and the modernization of public services. He has held various positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Center for Implementation of Reforms.
