ONLINE APPOINTMENTS TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS FROM ARCHIVES
Individuals and legal entities, including those from the diaspora, as well as foreign nationals can make online appointments to receive certificates, copies thereof, and extracts from archival documents through the information system for online appointment scheduling developed by the National Archives Agency jointly with the Ministry of Justice and the Electronic Governance Agency. Appointments via the online platform are available from 16 August 2023. Because the appointments until 1 October 2023 were made by phone, online appointments can be made for the period after 2 October 2023.
Online appointments via the Platform will be possible for the following services:
- Doing research in the study room
- Issuance of certificates, extracts and copies of archived documents (including specific certificates)
Citizens are encouraged to use the online appointment scheduling platform as it is intended to facilitate the access to the public services provided by the National Archives Agency and improve its performance. The online appointments to receive certificates, copies and extracts of the archived documents are free of charge.
The platform will be available from the institution’s webpage arhiva.gov.md, „ONLINE Appointment” section.
The second phase of modernization of the public services provided by the National Archives Agency will aim at enabling filing online applications to receive its services. This process is the outcome of a constructive cooperation between the National Archives Agency and the Electronic Governance Agency, which will continue with other projects for the benefit of citizens.
