More than 50 people who had registered online participated in a Webinar on the digital public services available in the Republic of Moldova, organized by the e-Governance Agency on May 26, 2023 as part of the digital literacy campaign "Digital Nation".

During the webinar, the participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand digital knowledge, confidence and skills to access digital platforms and services and become themselves digital messengers helping others to become digitally active and savvy citizens.

EGA’s experts informed the participants how to get a public service without going out of their homes, how to make use of the free-of-charge digital platforms, how to order documents online and their delivery and how to pay for online services in a secure and transparent manner.

The ”Digital Nation” campaign organized by the e-Governance Agency  is running in the period of April 12 – June 30, 2023 and consists of seminars, webinars, TV shows, tutorials, workshops and other public activities aimed at promoting the benefits of the digital public services and making them more accessible for all the Moldovan citizens.
