Dopomoga.gov.md makes available to the people fleeing the war all official documents, resolutions and decisions of the state bodies of Moldova on refugees from Ukraine, with links to reliable and verified sources.
The page also provides quick access to information on all free refugee accommodation centres, indicating the addresses and number of places available; locations where humanitarian aid is distributed to all those in need; events and various activities organised for children from Ukraine. Other data blocks that can be accessed on Dopomoga.gov.md concern the up-to-date situation at all border points of the Republic of Moldova, as well as important announcements about work, food, medical consultations, transport, including registration for free flights or bus rides to different EU countries.
The most accessed categories of information are on obtaining the digital Personal Identification Number (IDNP) https://bit.ly/3KJHXIS and on providing material aid to refugees https://bit.ly/3saHYiA.
According to the statistics, the majority of visitors access the page from mobile devices, and most of them are from countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, USA, and Israel.
Over 200 thousand single users means that almost every second citizen of Ukraine, who crossed the border of Moldova fleeing the war, used the website Dopomoga.gov.md.
