On 13 April 2022, the Public Institution “e-Governance Agency” (eGA) concluded a Cooperation Agreement with the “Moldova IT Park” (MITP) Administration.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Parties, through joint actions, shall contribute to expediting the process of inclusive and sustainable digitalisation, as well as to identifying solutions for the business environment to grow and partnerships to exchange the best practices and high-quality experience.

The Agreement goals are as follows:

- promote extensively the products and platforms developed by the eGA;

 - increase the use of electronic governance solutions by the MITP residents;

- develop joint digital solutions and promote them in other sectors of the national economy;

- digitalise the business-citizen interaction;

- enhance the digital solution absorption and its promotion amongst the state authorities and institutions.

The Agreement was signed during the “B2B Connector” event intended for Park residents. The event was attended by E-Governance Agency Director, Olga Tumuruc, who presented the Digital Agenda priorities.

In her message addressed to the MITP residents, Olga Tumuruc mentioned: “We see you as important partners in the process of developing and implementing digital solutions for the public sector, and I am confident we will have an efficient cooperation henceforth”.

In turn, Natalia Dontu, MITP Administrator, pointed out that, indeed, it was an excellent opportunity that eGA and MITP synchronised their actions to implement important projects for the society, stating that the concluded Agreement would help the Moldova IT Park business community embark in the eGA projects aimed to upgrade the public services via digitalisation.

Strengthening the partnerships between the eGA and the ICT companies is one of the development goals of the institution documented in the eGA Communication and Partnership Strategy, as well as in the implementation Action Plan intended to create a partnership environment focused on expediting and promoting the digital transformation process.
