Vlad Manoil appointed as EGA’s Deputy Director
As of 15 September 2021, Vlad Manoil was appointed as the new Deputy Director of the Public Institution "e-Governance Agency". His candidature was approved by the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova.
Vlad Manoil joined the e-Governance team in 2011. Until September 2021, he led the reengineering component as the Head of the Reengineering Department of the e-Governance Agency (EGA). He was in charge of the portfolio of sectoral e-services and public service modernization projects implemented by the institution. The main activities he coordinated include important e-transformation projects. He is also the author of many documents and strategic development plans on digitalization.
In addition, the new Deputy Director of the e-Governance Agency is a reference name in the IT sector in the Republic of Moldova and is frequently invited as a digital expert by many ICT projects, both in the country and abroad. As a national and international IT consultant, he provided support in the development and implementation of digital transformation projects for countries such as Bulgaria, Serbia, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, and a number of countries in Asia and Africa.
Vlad Manoil has a university degree in English philology and Computer Science, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Professional Project Management certification.
