Director MEGA
Nicoleta Colomeet assumed the role of Director of the Moldovan e-Governance Agency (MEGA) on November 14, 2024. She is an expert in product development and marketing, specializing in digital transformation, product marketing, and branding, with over 7 years of experience managing and promoting complex digital products for both B2B and B2C segments across local and international markets.
Played a pivotal role in launching and promoting impactful digital products such as EVO and MIA Instant Payments, driving digital transformation in Moldova, as well as international products that achieved sustainable growth and visibility in competitive markets. Was a key contributor to the team that defined and launched Paynet, the first e-wallet on the local market.

Deputy director MEGA
Since November 14, 2024, Andrei Prisacar has been serving as the Deputy Director of Moldovan e-Governance Agency (MEGA), marking his return to this role after previously holding it from April 1, 2022, to December 1, 2023. In this period, he successfully led the institution as Director from December 2023 to November 2024. His extensive experience and leadership continue to contribute significantly to AGE's progress and development.
Andrei Prisacar has extensive experience in public finance, public administration reform and modernization of public services. He has worked in various positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Center for Reform Implementation.
At the e-Government Agency, Andrei Prisacar served as Head of the Smart Investments in Digital Government Directorate, responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to smart investments in e-Governance.
