The process of requesting a military service record is now more accessible thanks to the ability to submit applications online. Citizens can complete and submit their applications from the comfort of their homes via the servicii.gov.md platform or the EVO application. This option simplifies interaction with state institutions and makes the entire process of obtaining a military service record faster and more convenient for citizens.

Who can apply:

- Individuals who have completed military service and have been transferred to the reserve;

- Graduates of military departments from higher education institutions;

- Individuals who have acquired Moldovan citizenship and are registered for military service;

- Individuals who have lost the document or need to restore it.

How it works:

- Access servicii.gov.md and locate the "Military Service Record" service;

- Complete the application form and enter personal data;

- Attach the necessary documents: recruitment certificate, educational certificate, or graduation certificate from the military department;

- Attach the extract from the Official Monitor regarding the loss of the document if requesting a duplicate record;

- Confirm and submit the application.

The benefit is that the application is submitted entirely online, anytime and from anywhere, and the document can be collected from the Territorial Military Centers where the person is registered.

The process simplification was carried out by the Electronic Governance Agency at the request of the Ministry of Defense as part of efforts to modernize public services through digitalization.

Note: When collecting the document, you must present the following original documents: identity card, medical certificate (if applicable), documents submitted online, and 2 photographs in 3x4 format.
