From November 1, 2024, economic agents and other public or private law units can benefit from a new type of representative powers in MPower, integrated on the portal mpower.gov.md with the name: Authorization on granting access rights to data and services through the government portal of the Mcabinet law units.

Developed by the E- Governance Agency (EGA), this new type of authorization enables users to delegate company/institution management responsibilities more efficiently, transparently and securely.

For example, the administrator of a company, who until now had the excusive right to authenticate himself/herself in order to enter the virtual cabinet of the company (unit of law), to view all the data available on mcabinet.gov.gov.md/ro related to the given company and/or to request various public services, may now grant this right to a third person, who, in turn, will access the MCabinet government portal on behalf of the entity/company, using his/her own electronic signature.

Advantages:

 - operational efficiency - by reduction of document processing time and efficiency of communication between staff and administrators;

- quick access to information - by enabling the authorized person to quickly obtain the necessary data without waiting for the administrator’s signature;

- reduction of risks - by giving access only to authorized persons;

- simplification of processes - by simplifying access to data.

What is mcabinet.gov.md and what opportunities does it offer to economic agents and other legal entities?

Mcabinet is an electronic governmental portal for all individuals and legal entities in the Republic of Moldova, available from anywhere in the world, and provides citizens with the possibility to access documented information about themselves and their business. All citizens and entrepreneurs in the Republic of Moldova have a virtual personal cabinet on mcabinet.gov.md and can access it using an electronic signature. The portal is constantly being developed, the data is provided directly by public institutions and the information is updated daily. 

 Benefits of Mcabinet:
