State Register of Inspections is a common online platform allowing authorized control bodies to automotize the process of planning controls and registering planned and unplanned checks as well as publish them on the public portal controale.gov.md
The platform will generate a unique quarterly control schedule which it will subsequently publish on the controale.gov.md, together with data from the registers of controls of authorized control institutions from the Republic of Moldova:
- The system automatically identifies duplication of controls planned by several control bodies on one and the same economic entity;
- Signals infringement of the legislative provisions by a control body;
- Within a period of 48 hours from performing the control, the basic information related thereto will be made public via the portalcontroale.gov.md;
- The system provides each economic entity with the opportunity to keep the register of controls in electronic format;
- Allows electronic and interinstitutional circulation of documents associated with the entire control cycle: PLANNING - DECISION - DELEGATION-CONTROL ACT;
- The State Register of Inspections redefines the control activity and represents an integrated document processing system as well as a control planning and reporting digitized and transparent process.
