In order to simplify the procedure for obtaining the public service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in partnership with the Electronic Government Agency, launched the e-Cazier public service. With the help of this service, citizens can apply online for the document.
Advantages:
- Online access, 24/24 e-Recorder can be requested online on the portal www.servicii.gov.md. Applicants will access the e-Record section, where they will enter the IDNP;
- At the request of the online career, the citizen can enter any data that reveals information about his identity. Subsequently, they will be confirmed by printing the receipt of the registered application;
- Payment for the service through a bank branch or through the MPay electronic payment service;
- The application for e-Recorder can be sent from any corner of the world.
People who need a criminal record and do not have access to the internet can go to the bank to request the completion of the request for obtaining a criminal record through the e-Criminal record service.
The e-Recorder is also accessible through payment terminals, from which the request can be completed, sent and paid.
Accessing public e-services increases the transparency of the governing act, by reducing corruption and debureaucratizing the system.
