e-Reporting
The public service of online electronic reporting has been elaborated with the support of the USAID/BIZTAR Project and is addressing economic agents, who have the possibility to present annual and quarterly reports through the unique portal, www.raportare.md.
How can users register on the portal?
Step I: Accessing the electronic page www.raportare.md
Access the electronic page www.raportare.md and click on the Register button to enter in the Portal’s subsystem. In this stage is possible to change the language of the interface by selecting the corresponding flag.
Step II: Preliminary registration
Enter your personal information. When entering the Login information, check the “occupation rate” (the Check login button). The Login must contain at least 3 symbols and a maximum of 20. The name of the city will be selected accordingly to the home address, from the nomenclature, by introducing at least three symbols. Users from Chisianu will select the first three symbols of their district. After filling all the sections, press the Register button. On the screen you will see the Result of your Registration with the next information: “A letter has been sent to the indicated mail address, follow the instructions found in it to finish your registration.”
Step III: Confirming the registration
Access your email address (the one that you have entered in the personal information section) and confirm the registration by activating your account in order to gain access to the Personal Office section and to your Profile page.
Step IV: Checking and filling in the information
Access the Profile page to check and fill in your information.
In the Users section is necessary to check out the current details and fill in the ones that are missing.
In the List of legal persons section add the organizations for which you are going to submit the reports. If the organization is in the nomenclature, press the Add button, if it’s not press Create button and enter the organization into the system’s register.
When registering the organization, its director and the chief accountant must already be registered on the Portal (accordingly to steps I-III) and when filling in the information about creating a new legal person click on the lens button and fill in these details automatically.
This way, a user can create and add to the List of legal persons more organizations for which he will later submit reports.
When creating a juridical person, buttons Save and Cancel will be used when necessary.
