Dear representatives of the business community,

The e-Governance Agency and its partners are currently exploring the opportunity to implement urgent short-term solutions, as well as medium- and long-term solutions, in the context of e-transformation and modernization of public services and Government-to-Business / Business-to-Government interactions.

EGA, together with citizens, the NGO sector and the business community, has always co-created the most innovative and useful e-governance solutions and wishes to continue co-creating the next solutions based on the needs of users of digital innovation solutions with the massive involvement of final beneficiaries.

Now, during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, as well as in the next (post-COVID19) period, we need more than ever digital innovation, e-governance solutions and modernization of public services to facilitate and increase the efficiency of the operation of businesses and their interaction with public institutions.

In this context, we ask you kindly to take part in a brief online survey with only 3 questions, to let us know your opinion, challenges faced by the business community and ideas to solve them through digital innovation.

The survey findings/your feedback will be vital in our efforts to assess the current situation, identify problems, risks and potential solutions in terms of the interaction between businesses and the Government. Subsequently, proposals will be prioritized with a number of stakeholders and, hopefully, will materialize in projects that will generate tangible results.
