Public services – closer to citizens

Communication campaign "10 years of e-Governance - electronic services for everyone!" has reached its 10th week, in which the e-Governance Agency (EGA) comes up with a new project - the creation of Unified Centres for Public Service Delivery (CUPS). The project aims at facilitating citizens' access to public services and providing the beneficiaries with modern and efficient channels to use services at their place of residence.
This year, 17 municipalities and 5 consular offices were selected to implement the CUPS pilot project. Specifically, offices will be organized in the selected municipalities and consular offices, which will be equipped to provide electronic public services, in order to enable people who do not have internet access or sufficient digital skills to use government services in their locality.
During this week under the motto "e-Government is extended!" we will present the current stage of implementation of the project, what are the local authorities and diplomatic missions that have been involved in this project, as well as the objectives and resources allocated towards the CUPS project.
The LIVE event with EGA on 15 December 2020 is dedicated to the Workshop: Unified Centres for Public Service Delivery - opportunities and benefits. This week's interview will be addressed to our fellow citizens abroad with useful information about the activities that will be carried out through the consulates of the Republic of Moldova.
On 18 December 2020 EGA organizes a special event - EGA Excellence Awards Gala dedicated to the 10 years of e-Governance in the Republic of Moldova - which will mark the end of the communication campaign, but also of this anniversary year.
This week we will broadcast two events live:
1) LIVE event with EGA - Tuesday, 15 December 2020, at 10.00
